SUNDAY-The Law of Pure Potentiality
MONDAY-The Law of Giving
TUESDAY-The Law of Karma or Cause and Effect
WEDNESDAY-The Law of Least Effort
THURSDAY-The Law of Intention and Desire
FRIDAY-The Law of Detachment
SATURDAY-The Law of Dharma or Purpose in Life
Everyone has a purpose in life . . . a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

I will put the Law of Dharma into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:
1. Today I will lovingly nurture the god or goddess in embryo that lies deep within my soul. I will pay attention to the spirit within me that animates both my body and my mind. I will awaken myself to this deep stillness within my heart. I will carry the consciousness of timeless, eternal Being in the midst of time-bound experience.
2. I will make a list of my unique talents. Then I will list all the things that I love to do while expressing my unique talents. When I express my unique talents and use them in the service of humanity, I lose track of time and create abundance in my life as well as in the lives of others.
3. I will ask myself daily, “How can I serve?” and “How can I help?” The answers to these questions will allow me to help and serve my fellow human beings with love.
The Chakras are said to be “force centers” or whorls of energy permeating, from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation (the fans make the shape of a love heart). Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies. Seven major chakras or energy centers (also understood as wheels of light) are generally believed to exist, located within the subtle body.

The following seven primary chakras are commonly described:
- Muladhara (Sanskrit: मूलाधार, Mūlādhāra) Base or Root Chakra (last bone in spinal cord *coccyx*)
- Swadhisthana (Sanskrit: स्वाधिष्ठान, Svādhiṣṭhāna) Sacral Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
- Manipura (Sanskrit: मणिपूर, Maṇipūra) Solar Plexus Chakra (navel area)
- Anahata (Sanskrit: अनाहत, Anāhata) Heart Chakra (heart area)
- Vishuddha (Sanskrit: विशुद्ध, Viśuddha) Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
- Ajna (Sanskrit: आज्ञा, Ājñā) Brow or Third Eye Chakra (pineal gland or third eye)
- Sahasrara (Sanskrit: सहस्रार, Sahasrāra) Crown Chakra (Top of the head; ‘Soft spot’ of a newborn)

Happy meditating!

Last night my boss lectured that he is promoting global consciousness through Twitter. He said that he posts 20 times a day and reaches over 1 million people with his posts of peace. Quotes from Rumi, updates on world situations, and positive are just a few of the topics he says will help reach thousands and therefor begin to change our global awareness.
Honestly, at first I seemed skeptical, but then realized that these technological devises can be used to reach millions with positive messages of peace. In my inspiration came: My Twitter Page.

I love arm balancing! Whether it is prepping in Chaturanga Dandasana or Parsva Bakasana- Side Crane Pose, I love the uniqueness and patience these asanas require.
Here is my favorite pose of the moment. Though, I am not an expert on it yet, I love busting it out all the time. Plus it makes for a great party trick!

Ahh, spring is in full bloom! This is such a beautiful time of year. Flowers are so delicately and divinely showing their colors, the sun is shinning and there are smiles everywhere to be found.
Winter keeps us homebound and indoors. When we become so usded to the indoor life, we tend to forget to reemerge come Spring time. Can you relate? If so it is time for you to get out and smell the roses!
Reasons to get outside and enjoy life:
Waterfalls- check the web and see where the closest one to you is!
Hiking- even a mile day hike will make you healthier and happier!
The Ocean- walk down the beach for an hour. If you don’t feel better about your day and yourself, then maybe you should stay for the sunset.
The Forest- when is the last time you hugged a tree? Exactly!
Get out of bed, get out of the house, turn the computer off and leave the office! Shake those limbs and move your feet! Spring is here!
